Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons, as delays may occur.

Total Estimated Delivery Most orders arrive within 9–20 business days from the date of purchase.

Separate Packages Some orders may arrive in multiple packages to help expedite delivery. This is normal and your full order will arrive complete.

Tracking Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.

Lost or Missing Packages If you have not received your order within 8 weeks of your purchase date, please contact us at contact@valentisvaluables.com and we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

International Shipping We currently focus on US domestic shipping. International availability may vary. If you are outside the US, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Any applicable customs fees, tariffs, or government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
